Standard shipping: 3-5 business days in the US. Express shipping: 1-2 business days. Tracking number sent via email.

2. Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we ship only USA . In future we ship internationally.

3. Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 have $7.99 flat rate shipping.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and other payment method.

5. What is your return policy?
30-day easy returns. If you're not happy, send it back for a full refund. Return shipping is free.

6. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, 1-year manufacturer warranty on all pet feeders. Covers defects and motor issues.
